JIMMY Buchanan

Launch Learning Board Chairman Jimmy Buchanan is the founder, president, and CEO of Breckline Technologies. With a bachelor’s degree in internet and interactive systems and a minor in computer science from the University of Central Florida as well as a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Florida, Jimmy employs his expertise and more than 25 years’ experience with several startup companies to benefit and champion others. He is a longtime board member—and current chairman of the board—for an international nonprofit organization. In his personal time, Jimmy is an avid sportsman and nature enthusiast. Most important, he is a proud husband of an incredible wife and father of two amazing kids.

Jonnah Buchanan

A University of Central Florida alumna with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a Master of Education in reading, more than 20 years of experience as an educator, and a wealth of experience and knowledge, Launch Learning Executive Director Jonnah Buchanan brings her passion and experience together with an “all-in” love for education and children.

Jonnah holds a National Administrator Credential and has applied her love for teaching both in and out of the classroom as an elementary school teacher and tutor and as a voting member of the School Advisory Committee at Robert Louis Stevenson Elementary School. In addition, Jonnah serves as a mentor in the community for women to support their faith and healthy home life. Jonnah has been married to her high school sweetheart for more than 21 years and is the proud mother of two beautiful children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cycling, and walking trails with her golden retriever.

MARIO JIMENEZ

Mario brings a strong STEM academic background, with a bachelor’s degree in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in physics from Columbia University as well as five years of experience as a teaching assistant and a researcher. He has 18 years of experience working as a financial risk manager and credit specialist for financial firms such as Nasdaq and Deutsche Bank, and he is currently an entrepreneur, founder, and CEO of CredX.AI, Inc. For the last four years, he has volunteered as a finance committee board member at Chatham Day School, a K-8 independent school in New Jersey, and he joined the Launch Learning Preschool board in 2024.

Colleen Johnson

Colleen Johnson brings a strong expertise to education with her bachelor’s degree in English, elementary and secondary teaching certifications with an emphasis in diversity, and director credential in early childhood education. Colleen’s years of experience speak volumes about her knowledge of children and teaching. She has more than 10 years of teaching experience, including as an EFSC Lab School instructor; more than two years as the EFSC Lab School program director; and more than 15 years as a coach and community volunteer. The mother of four thriving young adults, Colleen is a lover of gardening and family, and a supportive travel partner of her husband, Kevin.

Kendra Mack

Kendra Mack has a Bachelor of Science in child development and family relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and more than 15 years of experience working with children and families in different capacities, ranging from preschool teacher to case management for children with behavioral and developmental disabilities.

She believes in the mission of Launch Learning and the “whole-family” approach to bridging the gap between school and home life. In her spare time, Kendra loves spending time with her husband boating, fishing, and traveling, and being a dog mom to Heinz

Judy Vathalloor

Judy has a boundless love for children and is a children’s book author. Since her elementary school years, she has volunteered in several classroom and daycare settings to help prepare activities for children and to be around their cheerful smiles and uplifting spirits. Together with her husband, Sanju Varghese, they have two children who light up their world.

Judy holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and a Master of Science in information technology. Having worked for over 10 years as a business analyst and quality assurance analyst in the healthcare and IT industries, Judy brings a high level of professionalism, love for training, attention to detail, and expertise in optimizing processes and businesses. Judy is always learning new things and loves to spend her time being with her children, walking outdoors, sewing, and doing yoga.

Stefani Madskuie

Stefani holds a bachelor’s degree in English and political science from the University of Delaware and brings a strong background in education management, including experience overseeing a corporate university, developing curriculum, and serving as Dean of the College of General Studies for a global engineering and project management firm.

She is deeply passionate about early childhood education and believes that high-quality learning experiences—especially those that actively involve parents—are crucial during a child’s formative years. As a mother of two wonderful daughters, Stefani is personally and professionally committed to fostering nurturing, enriching environments where young children can thrive

VIRGINIA GLEASON

Virginia “Ginny” dedicated 25 years of her professional career to Brevard Public Schools (BPS), where she served as an elementary school counselor. She currently holds a master’s degree in school counseling. Later in her career, she expanded her role at BPS to support all elementary school counselors from the district office. Her enduring passion for working with children and families has been a consistent driving force throughout her life. On a personal note, Ginny is blessed with a loving family. Ginny and her husband have lived in M.I. for almost 45 years. They have two married sons and three precious grandchildren, who bring immense joy to her life. Her family remains a significant source of inspiration and support.
