Jonnah Buchanan
With a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, a masters of education in Reading, the National Administrator Credential, years of experience as an elementary school educator, and a wealth of experience and knowledge - Jonnah brings her passion and experience together with an “all in” love for education and children.
Adina BOX
Adina has two decades of experience working in early childhood. With two teaching credentials for Infants and Toddlers and Early Childhood and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, she has developed and directed early childhood programs, mentored homeschoolers and family childcare providers, led parent education courses, facilitated workshops for educators at national conferences, and operated her own small businesses. Adina is married and has four children, enjoys outdoor activities, fitness, traveling, and volunteering in her community.
Kendra Mack
Kendra is the Operations Coordinator at Launch Learning. With a bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Relations, Kendra has fifteen years of experience working with children in different capacities. Recently moving back to the east coast, she enjoys boating, fishing, camping and spending time with her husband and dog, Heinz.
Lisa Nemeroff
Lisa brings a nurturing, calm presence to the classroom with her experience and love for families. She began her Conscious Discipline journey while at EFSC Lab School, studying advanced classes with Dr. Becky Bailey, Conscious Discipline’s founder, and the Loving Guidance team. Through the years Lisa shared her positive parenting skills as an educator while raising three sons with her husband. With a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA and over 15 years of coaching and teaching children and families, she is a treasure of experience and knowledge.
katrina
Katrina is wholeheartedly passionate about encouraging children, empowering parents, and strengthening families. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology as well as a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling, and has worked at preschools, mentoring programs and counseling centers. She is a mom to 3 kids, and together with her husband is daily practicing positive parenting with purpose and intention. Katrina balances her love for supporting families with time at the beach, travel and serving others.
Kailey d’entremont
With a big heart, love and empathy for children, and more than five years of childcare experience, Kailey brings a bright and welcoming aura to our Launch Learning team!
christine haffner
Christine is passionate about supporting children and their families in our parent-child programs. She has over thirty years of experience as an educator and literacy coach. She has an A.A. in Liberal Arts, a B.A. in Elementary Education, and a Master’s in Reading. Christine is a mother of two and grandmother of two, and she enjoys family time, gardening, and traveling.
Michelle Claire
Michelle has 19 years’ experience in early childhood education. With a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as certifications in Special Education and English as a Second Language, she brings a love for learning and a dynamic skill set to the early childhood classroom. As a former military spouse, Michelle has had the opportunity to teach in 4 states, in diverse communities. She has experience working with children birth through age 6. Recently, her husband Corey retired from the US Army. Both are very happy to start the next chapter in Florida. She enjoys the beach, being outside, and spending time with Corey, and their dogs, Buster and Bugsy.
naNAHO BURKHART
Nanaho is passionate about working with children and their families. With over 15 years of experience in preschool centers, Head Start programs, and home visitor programs, she is trained in Conscious Discipline and holds an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Washington State. Originally from Japan, Nanaho also studied at the Design Institute in Tokyo and loves sharing her creativity. She is the mother of two daughters who speak both Japanese and English.
Zainat Mohammad
Zainat holds a National CDA (Child Development Associate) credential and has over three years of experience teaching VPK in both charter and private school settings. She is dedicated to creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Known for her warm and supportive approach, she fosters an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued, safe, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Mrs. Zainat is committed to partnering with families to support each child’s growth and success.
HARUKA BURKHART
Known for her cheerful smile and positive energy with children, Haruka has 6 years of experience working with kids aged 4 weeks to 5 years in childcare centers, Head Start programs, and as a private nanny. Fluent in English and Japanese, she enjoys visiting her family in Japan. She holds an associate’s degree and is pursuing a bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University, set to graduate in 2025. Haruka is passionate about supporting children's development.
danielle raines
Danielle is a passionate educator with extensive experience teaching mixed-age preschool classrooms (ages 3 to 5). She holds a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, with a focus on the brain-body connection in teaching. As a mother of three, she applies Conscious Discipline techniques at home to promote mindfulness and emotional awareness. In addition to her work in early childhood education, Danielle is a 300-hour certified yoga instructor specializing in chair yoga. Danielle also enjoys spending time with her family, paddling on the water, reading, and savoring a good cup of coffee
ALEXANDRIA GONZALEZ
holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education, bringing over ten years of experience working with young learners in both classroom and leadership roles. She has directed early intervention programs, developed and implemented evidence-based curricula, and introduced innovative systems to support student growth and engagement. Passionate about fostering a nurturing and creative environment, Alexandria is dedicated to helping each child at Launch Learning Preschool build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Mackenzie canada
MacKenzie is a proud alumni of Michigan State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development: Birth–Kindergarten and Special Education. MacKenzie incorporates both the HighScope and Reggio Emilia approaches by giving children the freedom to guide their own learning journey, emphasizing exploration and discovery while using the environment as the third teacher. She creates a learning environment that honors each child’s unique interests, fostering deep engagement and authentic learning experiences. MacKenzie values building a strong classroom community where children, teachers, and families can thrive.
Leah Hicks
Leah has a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education as well as certifications in Birth to Age Four, Exceptional Education and Gifted Education. She was a Toddler Teacher and Parent Educator with EFSC Lab School for six years. Leah used Conscious Discipline and Positive Parenting skills while raising her own children and feels passionate about sharing them with families. When not teaching Leah enjoys crafting, spending time with family and travel.
Tilly Downer
Tilly is the friendly receptionist at Launch Learning Preschool. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from BYU and spent over five years working in behavior analysis with students of all ages. With a special soft spot for preschoolers, she brings warmth and care to every family she meets. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her rock climbing or enjoying a cold Dr Pepper.
