Christa Greyling brings more than 15 years of experience in preschool education, business ownership, administration, and team leadership. As the owner of a Smiley Kids Preschool and Elementary School Aftercare franchise, she found great fulfillment in supporting children’s growth while building trusted relationships with families and guiding her staff with care. She is known for being humble, empathetic, and approachable, while also bringing a practical, organized, and hands-on approach to leadership. Christa is passionate about helping children, families, and teams feel supported and creating environments where people can thrive.

Lisa Nemeroff

Lisa brings a nurturing, calm presence to the classroom with her experience and love for families. She began her Conscious Discipline journey while at EFSC Lab School, studying advanced classes with Dr. Becky Bailey, Conscious Discipline’s founder, and the Loving Guidance team. Through the years Lisa shared her positive parenting skills as an educator while raising three sons with her husband. With a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA and over 15 years of coaching and teaching children and families, she is a treasure of experience and knowledge.

Katrina is wholeheartedly passionate about encouraging children, empowering parents, and strengthening families. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology as well as a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling, and has worked at preschools, mentoring programs and counseling centers. She is a mom to 3 kids, and together with her husband is daily practicing positive parenting with purpose and intention. Katrina balances her love for supporting families with time at the beach, travel and serving others.

Christine is passionate about supporting children and their families in our parent-child programs. She has over thirty years of experience as an educator and literacy coach. She has an A.A. in Liberal Arts, a B.A. in Elementary Education, and a Master’s in Reading. Christine is a mother of two and grandmother of two, and she enjoys family time, gardening, and traveling.

Zainat Mohammad

Zainat holds a National CDA (Child Development Associate) credential and has over three years of experience teaching VPK in both charter and private school settings. She is dedicated to creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Known for her warm and supportive approach, she fosters an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued, safe, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Mrs. Zainat is committed to partnering with families to support each child’s growth and success.

danielle raines

Danielle is a passionate educator with extensive experience teaching mixed-age preschool classrooms (ages 3 to 5). She holds a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, with a focus on the brain-body connection in teaching. As a mother of three, she applies Conscious Discipline techniques at home to promote mindfulness and emotional awareness. In addition to her work in early childhood education, Danielle is a 300-hour certified yoga instructor specializing in chair yoga. Danielle also enjoys spending time with her family, paddling on the water, reading, and savoring a good cup of coffee

aspen krenning

Aspen has five years of experience teaching VPK and more than eight years of experience working with children ranging from infants through teenagers. She holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology. She is passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging classroom environment where children can grow, learn, and develop confidence as they prepare for kindergarten. Outside of the classroom, Aspen enjoys playing guitar, getting lost in a good book, and traveling to new places.

With 9 years of experience in early childhood education and 7 years in aftercare, I bring a calm, nurturing presence and strong self-control to the classroom. I've called Merritt Island home for 11 years, where I live with my husband, three sons, two dogs, and a cat. I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s at the beach, boating, gardening, or enjoying nature.

Kate Klassen

Kate is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and build confidence while supporting the families who guide them. As the Screening Specialist and Referral Coordinator at Launch Learning, I am excited to help connect children and families with resources that support their growth and development. I have a degree in psychology and am currently pursuing my graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling. Over the past five years, I have worked in early childhood education, nurturing children’s curiosity and supporting their social and emotional development. My husband and I recently moved from Texas to Florida, and I am excited to join this wonderful community! Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time in nature, especially hiking and relaxing at the lake.
